GARDEN TO TABLE: Summer Squash & Cheese Patties (Baked)

Garden fresh yellow squash became the very best baked Squash & Cheese Patties AT HOME MY WAY! RECIPES AT THE TOP; CHIT-CHAT AT THE BOTTOM! Summer Squash & Cheese Patties (Baked) ( PRINTABLE VIEW HERE ) 4 cups of grated yellow squash-washed & unpeeled 1 egg 2 T. milk  1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup grated cheese (I used mozzarella.) 1/2 cup grated parmesan (I used the real stuff but canned is fine.) 1/2 cup flour (GF is fine) 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (GF is fine) (or just use all bread crumbs) Cookie spray or parchment for the baking pan INSTRUCTIONS: PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 degrees. Wash and grate yellow squash with the peeling on.  (If super juicy, squeeze out all of the moisture.  Mine was not and I didn’t do this step at all.)  Measure into a bowl.  (I wasn't real exact.  I just grated one medium yellow squash into my bowl.)
