I cook them probably 15-2...These are so wonderful! I cook them probably 15-20 minutes. I let it simmer and get thick. If it doesn't get thick, thicken with a little cold water/mixed with flour in a cup, then add to the pot and cook another 5 minutes or so (bubbling). Just remember not to stir them much while they are first cooking because they are fragile until they solidify. Let me know how it goes!
