Menu Monday - February 4-10

I had a little deviation in my blogging last week.  It was the stomach bug!  Horrible, horrible.  I'm glad to be back among the living.  I didn't think I would ever want to eat, cook, or even SMELL food ever again!  Thankfully, I'm over that so here's  my menu plan for the week:

Breakfasts


Lunches:

  • Yogurt/fruit/granola parfaits (I can't get enough of these.)
  • PB&J sandwiches
  • Vege Soup from my freezer
  • Homemade Freezer burritos

Suppers:


To Do:

  • Mix up bagels in the bread machine, form and put in fridge for baking on separate night.
  • Make tortillas.
  • Mix up the fruit salad.
  • Make an extra batch of biscuits for the freezer
